Day In Life<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Residents wake up and get ready for breakfast, with those requiring assistance receiving it from Care Partners or a visiting Home Care worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast <\/strong>7:30 am<\/strong> until <\/strong>9 am<\/strong>
Residents with meals plan can join other residents in a welcoming dining room where a full breakfast is served. Those who prefer a later start to the day can choose a light breakfast of cereal, toast or muffins available from the coffee bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exercise <\/strong>9:30 am<\/strong>
A typical day starts with one of our exercise programs including Sit n\u2019 Be Fit, Yoga or Walking Fit. Fitness equipment is also available if you prefer to exercise on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coffee Break 10 am<\/strong>
Enjoy morning coffee or tea with residents and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activity 10:30 am<\/strong>
Test your mental fortitude during a game or mentally challenging activity organized by Care Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch <\/strong>11:30 am to 1 pm<\/strong>
Enjoy a healthy, delicious home cooked lunch featuring salad, your choice of two entrees, a starch, vegetable, dessert, and beverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afternoon Activity <\/strong>1 pm<\/strong>
Play games or bingo , listen to a story or entertainment,have a sing-a-long, or visit with family in the lounge. The Eagle Hill Foundation also has a 16-passenger bus that is used to take residents on social outings and shopping trips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coffee Break <\/strong>2 pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:30 \u2013 4:30 pm<\/strong>
Visit with friends, rest in your room, or help prepare vegetables for the evening meal. The choice is yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supper <\/strong>4:30 pm to 6:00 pm<\/strong>
Enjoy extended dining hours that allow you to eat when it suits you best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evening Snack <\/strong>7 pm<\/strong>
Enjoy a light snack of fruit and baked items. Residents needing Home Care support will receive it at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nightlife<\/strong>
Play cards, watch a sporting event on TV, or watch live entertainment that may be scheduled. Church and children\u2019s groups perform frequently for residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day\u2019s End<\/strong>
Return to your comfortable room where you can curl up with a book, watch TV or enjoy a favourite hobby.
