Eagle View Lodge – Myrnam<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eagle View Lodge is a supportive living facility located in Myrnam, AB; a peaceful village nestled on a hill overlooking the Myrnam Valley just 200 km north of Edmonton. Myrnam is a tranquil community where trees and gardens are lovingly tended by homeowners who enjoy the quiet beauty and closeness of village life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amenities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Recently renovated Studio apartments up to 450 sq ft. are tastefully decorated with vinyl flooring, kitchenettes (some suites) and window coverings, and feature a bed, side table, dresser, chair and full private bathroom (some accessible with roll in showers).  Housekeeping and linen service is provided weekly and personal laundry service is available for a fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building amenities include a social\/recreation area, exercise room, barber\/beauty salon, library, hobby\/craft room, common area, resident laundry room, and room where day programs take place. A computer for use by residents is also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Services and Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Food Services<\/strong>
All meals and snacks are provided in a dining room where residents enjoy fine food and stimulating conversations with friends new and old. Refrigerators and microwaves provided by owners are permitted in rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health & Wellness<\/strong>
Eagle View Lodge provides Home Care and is staffed by Health Care Aides that provide 24-hours-a-day scheduled and unscheduled personal care and support and medical assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A medical clinic is located in the building and a doctor visits the facility twice each week. Foot care may also be provided by outside agencies for a fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A mild exercise program led by the recreation care partners takes place three to four days a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Recreation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eagle Hill Foundation believes wholeheartedly in the importance of providing residents with programs that build on their strengths and provide them with activities that are both mentally and physically stimulating. Activities vary from site to site but may include outings, exercise classes, gardening, crafts, and games like bingo or cards. Bible studies and a weekly church service also take place and are led by volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holidays and birthdays are cause for celebration at Eagle View and provide residents and staff with themes around which to plan events and parties that tend to involve cakes or sweets of some kind.  Visits from children are encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested in getting out and seeing what Two Hills County has to offer? Eagle Hill Foundation Recreation and Lodge Society has a 16-passenger van that is used to transport residents to local events, performances and shops as scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of our residents prefer to stay home and visit with friends or take a walk around the grounds. At Eagle View there is no shortage of things to do or people to visit with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental fees are based on income and wants and needs of the individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
