Is there a waitlist?

Currently there is no waitlist for our lodge sites. Suites are available for rent. Eventide Homes – does have a waitlist.

Northern Light Manor – Currently no vacancies.

How is rent calculated ?

Rent is geared to income.  Rent is 30% of your total monthly gross income, up to a maximum monthly rental charge, plus a lodge hospitality fee.  We require a copy of your most recent notice of assessment to verify income and calculate your monthly gross income.

Do you have Home Care Services?

Yes, we offer home care services at all 3 of our lodges.

What services do you have?

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Recreation, Home Cooked meals, Homecare, Laundry, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and call bell system. Some of these are provided at an extra cost to the resident.

What level of care do you offer?

Eagle Hill Lodge (Willingdon) is a Supportive Living Facility that has homecare on-site 24/7 Eagle View Lodge & Villa (Myrnam) is a Supportive Living Type B Facility. We have 9 Type B beds and 31 Lodge beds. Hillside Lodge (Two Hills) is a Supportive Living facility that has homecare on-site from 6am-9pm. All 3 sites have access to an on-call nurse 24/7

Do you have a doctor on-Site?

We have teamed up with a local doctor from Two Hills Clinic that visits the lodges twice a month.

Can I bring a pet?

We do allow cats or small dogs at our lodges, conditions do apply.

What furniture is included?

We provide the following items: Bed, Nightstand, Dresser, Chair, Mirror and Window coverings. We also supply bed linens and bathroom linens. Residents also have the option of having all our furniture removed and they bring all their own.

Can I come and go?

Absolutely, this is your home, and you can come and go as you please.

How often can my family visit?

Our doors are always open to family.

Is there recreation?

Yes, we offer recreation in all 3 lodges and always extend invites to our friends at Eventide Homes and Northern Lights Manor.

Do you have bath/shower assist?

Yes, we do in all 3 lodge locations.
